Ptec expands and buys Rexel's property in Swedish Lanna!

Ptec Inredningar secures the development for the future and invests in Rexel's (formerly Moels) property in Swedish Lanna.

Haha, yes, you might wonder that. We have outgrown our current premises on Klockaregårdsvägen in Swedish Kulltorp and discussed with the premises owner what possibilities we have. The conversation led to us buying Rexel's property in Lanna together with Smelab, who owns the premises we rent.

Oh! Aren't the premises very large?
Well, they are about 10 times bigger than our current ones. We go from 400 square meters to 4,000.

Does Ptec need such large premises?
No, at the moment we manage on a significantly smaller area. The idea is therefore to offer tenants shared space. We currently have nice, bright and furnished spaces to offer.

Which spaces can be rented at Ptec?
We don't really know yet, but we have generous warehouse-furnished spaces. Suitable for both industry and e-commerce companies. The office hotel consists of 16 offices of various sizes, furnished with adjustable desks and other office furniture from Kinnarps. We will of course use some of them ourselves, but there will be quite a few vacant offices.

The common areas are bright, fresh and modern and consist of several toilets, a dining room, changing rooms and conference rooms. We offer different sizes of production premises and loading and unloading takes place under roof.
