Are the HFLEX products made in Sweden?

“Yes, virtually all HFLEX products are made in Sweden. We collaborate with local suppliers and weld and create products ourselves here at Ptec.
When I say 'virtually all', it's because there is a mechanical counter unit that is made in Germany.”

What material are the HFLEX products made of?

“Most are made of Swedish steel (no stainless steel).”

If you need a HFLEX-/Ptec-product that is ESD-safe (ElectroStatic Discharge), do you solve it?

“If the customer has requirements for ESD protection, we will solve it. We have delivered racks that have been equipped with ESD wheels to protect against static electricity.”

What about product guarantee if you choose to invest in an HFLEX product?

”1 year warranty applies to all products, against malfunctions and manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, we are primarily responsible for spare parts or we replace the product free of charge.
The guarantee applies upon presentation of an invoice. For the warranty to apply, we must first see the product and approve that it is a malfunction or manufacturing defect.”

What does HFLEX stand for?

“The H stands for Hermanssons (original founder) and Flex for Flexible. The full product name reads HFLEX Inredningssystem (Interior Design System).”

Can private individuals buy HFLEX-products from you?

“No, we only sell to corporate customers.”

Do you have an online store for the HFLEX-products?

“We have an online store with an emphasis on HFLEX products, but you will also find standard products for shop fittings there (on the Swedish site only so far). You find the online store here.”

Do you pay by card in the online store?

“You get an invoice, so no card payment (so far).”

If I want to contact HFLEX/Ptec?

“It is easy. Call or email. You will find our contact information here.”

Are posts/racks included when buying a HFLEX spool/reel holder?

No, posts/racks are not included (with the exception of some complete sets). You can choose from several different solutions to attach your reel/spool holder. We offer wall brackets, floor model and free standing rack. Do you need guidance? Please let us know.

Are there HFLEX cable solutions for wall mounting?

Yes, we offer both wall brackets and wall posts. Contact us for more information

Can I get HFLEX products in colours other than white?

White is our standard colour and we have it in stock for fast deliveries. If you want to profile your display with a different colour, we will solve it. Please contact us for more information

My HFLEX rack is broken, can I buy spare parts/replacement parts from you?
